Let\u2019s begin!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Incorporate more Cardio or High -Intensity Interval Training:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anna Kaiser, celebrity trainer and the founder of AKT In Motion, who works out with super-toned celebs like Sarah Jessica Parker and Kelly Ripa \u2013 says, one of the biggest mistakes that people make when they are trying to tone abs is going crazy with the crunches, if not done correctly this can hurt your back or your neck.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cA series of jump squats will do more for your ab definition than 1000 crunches\u201d, she explains. Instead, you might want to up your cardio, but not necessarily go running. Kaiser says, High- Intensity Interval Training is a better option, which includes plyometrics.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Perfect the Plank:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Looking for an addition to your crunch-less, fast-abs, workout routine? Try a Plank! It\u2019s hard not to break a sweat when you are in the key position. \u201cThere is absolutely no way you can perform a plank, without recruiting your abdominal muscles\u201d, Kaiser explains.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To make sure this position doesn\u2019t get stale or boring, Kaiser explains you can mix it up by modifying them with variations, like the side-plank or planks with an alternative tap out.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3, Focus on Full Body:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Don\u2019t go to the gym, with the mindset that you are only going to pay attention to your abs, as Kaiser says, it\u2019s not possible to spot-train just one area. \u201cIt\u2019s about shedding inches, overall\u201d, she says.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Look for routines that work your entire body. \u201cThe more you challenge your body overall, the fastest you will see your definition improve\u201d, says Kaiser.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Cut Sugar and Alcohol to tone the bottom of your belly:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Think twice about indulging in an after-work cocktail or a sugary snack. If you are looking to tone your abs, in a very short amount of time, it\u2019s best to leave these things out of your diet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCutting out sugar and excess alcohol, will automatically make a huge difference for the belly bulge\u201d, says Kaiser.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Watch your Diet:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Believe it or not, Kaiser says, <em><strong>what you eat is even more important than your workout regimen.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If that\u2019s not a reason to shape up your meal plan, we don\u2019t know what is.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She suggests cutting sugar, focusing on natural foods, and veggie foods with lots of protein and fiber, as well as drinking lots of water.
